Book this massageWhat is full body massage?
A full body massage is a complete session covering the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, décolleté and scalp in one unbroken rhythm at medium, adjustable pressure. It is chosen when everything needs attention — after a long flight, a hard week, or as a monthly reset. At Your Masseuse in Paddington W2 it is booked by WhatsApp, done by a single therapist, and costs £120 for 45 minutes (60 min £140, 90 min £190).
A full body massage is about completeness rather than depth. Back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, the scalp — everything, in one unbroken rhythm, with no region rushed because the clock ran out. It is the session to book when you do not know where to start, or when the answer is honestly “everywhere”.
I keep the pressure medium and adjustable, warm the oil, and move slowly enough that each part of the body gets real attention rather than a pass-through. The feet alone get ten minutes in a ninety-minute session; most studios give them ninety seconds.
It is what regulars book after a long-haul flight, after a week that took everything, or simply as a monthly reset. Ninety minutes is the honest length; sixty is the sensible one; forty-five is possible, but something will be shorter than it deserves.

The session
How a full body session goes
- 01
A short conversation about how you are feeling and anything you would like more or less of. Then you settle under a towel on a warmed table, face down first.
- 02
Back and shoulders, then the backs of the legs and feet. You turn over: fronts of the legs, arms and hands, a gentle décolleté and neck, and a slow finish on the scalp and face. You stay covered apart from the area being worked on, and the pace never changes.
- 03
Ten quiet minutes afterwards, water, and — if you have flown in — a strong recommendation to sleep rather than sightsee that evening.

Questions
Full Body massage, answered
What does “full body” actually include?
Back, shoulders and neck; arms and hands; the fronts and backs of the legs; feet; décolleté; scalp and face. You choose the level of undress you are comfortable with, and you stay covered by a towel apart from the area being worked on.
Can it be deep?
Medium by default so that everything gets covered. If you want the back worked deeply and the rest kept gentle, say so — that combination works well in ninety minutes. For deep work everywhere, book deep tissue instead.
Is it good for jet lag?
Very. A slow full body session a few hours after landing lowers the stress hormones that keep you wired, and most guests sleep through their first night. The studio is a short walk from the Heathrow Express platform at Paddington.
